A: Browse our products, choose what you love, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

A: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets like Google Pay and Paytm.

Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available for eligible orders. You’ll see the option at checkout if it’s applicable.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered in 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Q. How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Q. Do you deliver across India?
A: Yes, we offer pan-India shipping. Delivery to remote areas may take a bit longer.

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Yes, within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Check our Return Policy for full details.

Q. How do I request a return?

Q. When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

A: Yes, all El Aroma products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Q. How do I choose the right fragrance for me?
A: Our product descriptions list top, middle, and base notes. You can also email us for a personalized recommendation.

Q. Do your perfumes contain alcohol?
A: Some do. Each product page lists ingredients clearly. For alcohol-free options, check the product description or contact us.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we may already be processing it for shipment.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! Choose gift wrapping at checkout for an added touch.
