You can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) of the product (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, weโ€™ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
